(especially true for \u201crulers\u201d)<br>\u2192 <strong>The Rulers serve the people<\/strong>. Governance is seen as a civil service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Worship of the Gods. (our gods, but accepting of other religions as long as they do not disturb the inner peace)<br>\u2192 Omens and dreams are interpreted by the priests.
