Forming the Tribunal

Shortly after, the joint tribe had to find a way to make decisions. Having only one member try and represent all their interests would not work. And having one leader from each tribe did not serve their idea of common ground and they figured nothing would get done. They settled on three leaders, representing their three core figures: Priest, Hunter and Farmer. Everyone over the age of 18 who volunteered was considered and, based on luck, appointed. They are then considered “favourite” (gui) by the gods and will serve their people for three years.
